“We had a great stay. Location was perfect for our needs in attending family weekend at our daughter’s college and visiting with family that resides nearby. Weather was not entirely cooperative so we did spend a great deal of time indoors. When we were able to use it, the beach access was great as well as nearby restaurants and shopping. Few areas requiring improvement - ground floor entry way to elevator is incredibly moldy and odor is unbearable. Thankfully this did not carry through to the……

“Wow!!! The property description was exactly as stated. Unit was exceptionally clean…no sand on our feet upon arrival. Loved that this was located in a small complex…we basically had the pool to ourselves. Two beach access points directly across the street. Boca beaches are beautiful & quiet. The unit had all we needed with a very well equipped kitchen & beach needs. The screened balcony made the experience awesome…we ate all meals out here. Host was super responsive with any questions prior to,……

“There were bugs on the floor. Hard to communicate. Asked if we could check in early said yes but the door code didn’t work. Still had to check in past 4. The refrigerator didn’t work and had to throw out multiple things because of it. Not kid friendly. The pool was the best part of the stay. Not kid friendly either. Loud music from other people who I think live there normally. Honestly not worth the money go to a hotel.”

“Super cute room, comfortable bed. It was cold and we couldn't get the heat on so we messaged host and he responded right away and turned the heat on remotely with the nest thermostat. So very grateful for that. ”
