「 I had to stay in Beach Plaza because the room code keys were not working. Then I had to drag my bags down there. Also, the lights in the hall were out in front of room 413. on the bottom landing entering the hall and at the front door. A very dangerous situation since the rear gate in the alley is never locked. Tara and Juda were the only staff that made things better. they both are an asset to your company. Also, a golf cart is needed to transport your guests in the event you have to relocate...

「Construction on a sunday morning is ridiculous after hanging out on south beach all night you would like a nice morning to sleep instead you hear nothing but noise...kitchen was nice but when i plugged in the iron the ir ut breaker tripped i turn back on the circuit breaker and plug the iron in DIFFERENT PLUG another section of the apartment lights went out ...i did call nobody cause who was i to call....so i was in the dark for a day cause the next day i was leaving...」

「Pros: Very clean, great communication, easy access to the pool and the amazing beach with free chairs and umbrella, best location of all South Beach close to restaurants and more, free washing/drying machine on the floor, all amenities needed in the room and more.Cons: Room smaller than pictured, uncomfortable bed, no balcony, window hard to open, humidity in the room.」

「Overall, the apartment is good and in a great location. It’s an older place but comfortable. The mattress might be a bit soft for most people, but the bedroom is generally cozy. The bathroom needs a renovation; while they keep it clean, the moisture and age are definitely showing. The water pressure is extremely weak. We also didn't like the extra insurance charge fee required before check-in—at the owner’s discretion, I suppose」
