“The bathroom is enormous and the shower is spectacular. The curtains could be thicker since there is a DJ balcony right outside the window that faces the bathroom and we could see people. Bathrobes were a great addition, slippers would have been appreciated. They need a full length mirror and steamers in the room. If you have any accessibility concerns I would caveat that the only way upstairs was via a spiral staircase. Luckily the staff gave us support to carry our bags upstairs but we weren’t……

“I was told this is vip access room by Expedia i didn’t get any vip special. Expedia said my break fast included in during checkout but Expedia didn’t pass on to hotel that information so was charged by hotel. It is Expedia mis representation than hotel”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Link Hotel. The location was fantastic, great for exploring all that South Beach has to offer. There are shops and places to eat right on the door stop and the boardwalk and Ocean Drive are only a few blocks away. The restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast and we used the coffee hatchbone morning too. The family room set up was perfect for us allowing the kids to have their own room and bathroom. Both rooms were really spacious and the balcony was……

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to the excessive noise levels. The first room was extremely noisy because of the constant street noise, so we requested a room change. However, the second room was even worse. In addition to the noise coming from outside, there was a continuous low-frequency humming sound accompanied by strong vibrations throughout the entire room, likely caused by air-conditioning units, ventilation systems, or other cooling equipment in the building. “Really liked that it was on Ocean Drive and close to everything on South Beach ! The staff were incredibly helpful and provided free bottles of water, beach towels, advice etc. with a smile. We used the Sun loungers twice during our stay with no issues. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable and made up every day. Nice size TV and fridge and air con all worked well. The cocktails were awesome and the bar area comfortable. We were in Miami for the Scotland v Brazil World Cup game and this……
