“The entrance to the hotel reception is not easy to find. They are all friendly and welcoming, but the hotel entrance is best on the side instead of going to the hotel restaurant.”

“You have to go to a restaurant to check in and how are you supposed to know this. The ice machine was out of ice when we left. The room could have had a microwave. The room was nice size and very clean. Plenty of food options nearby. Good location. Parking is at the local city parking lot which is $20 a day or hourly if you go in and out. The ad said the parking was $15.”

“The property was perfect! Location was optimal, room amenities, staff was helpful and present. Pool was clean, warm, and never crowded. Tons of spots to eat near by. Walgreens right there was helpful. Short and beautiful walk to the beach. 10/10 recommend!”

Definitely needs better management though it’s not enough for a one person to run the hotel their primary focus is on restaurant not hotel They need more people full time to run this place just for the hotel part NOT restaurant We will had a good time and like I said beautiful property ”

“The room was very clean and spacious. A couple downsides was that the bathroom door didn’t fully close/lock, the noise from the cars outside was very noticeable and had a hard time staying asleep due to this.Other than that I will be coming back and recommend Casa Sobe. ”

“South Beach is cross the street! Nice Cuba restuarant is just downstairs! Our room is roomy and quiet. However, the room and bath are not very clean and the be is too soft.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at UMA House. Our room was very clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. The location was wonderful. I do note that we booked a room for three, and there was only one king bed. There was no sofa for a third person, and very little furniture in the room. Furnishings and decor are very simple. I also accidentally booked an ADA room, and the shower had no curtain or door. The shower itself was wonderful but having no closure to the shower area was not ideal. Just……

“Everything was great but there was construction right next door that started very very early in the morning everyday, including weekends making it impossible to sleep. Hotel should have warned about that or gave a discount. ”

“The kitchenette was well equipped. Could have used some dish detergent and some more towels for hand washing dishes. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The temperature controls and cooling system worked very well and quietly. Check in and communicate very easy. The room needs more hooks and towel bars. No where to dry out wet bathing suits and beach towels. Room was larger than expected. WiFi excellent. ”

“The staff were great & very helpful. The room was clean, the location was awesome, & the parking area was close. The only complaint I would have would be the charge of the “resort” fee. This hotel had no “resort” amenities!”
