"Everything was perfect! Wonderful stay! The staff were absolutely amazing, the manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. I definitely recommend this place, and The Julia hotel by at Mine Hospitality as well both hotels manage by the same people. They are wonderful, I can’t wait to book with them again."

"Thr room was modern and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The free towels and beach chairs was a nice perk. Room reasonably priced."

"The breakfast menu was good the room was clean, the staff was excellent the beach is across from the hotel the water was nice, and the beach view from my room was everything I loved it the pools were clean, I loved the pool on the fifth floor the view from there was excellent and it had a glass bottom loved it."

"My roommate had a bad injury in the room ..... It was like pulling teeth to get an ambulance then they downplayed the whole incident.... The elevator wasn't working.... They alarm was going of non stop for over an hour we had to leave our room... Other issues... Most The staff was friendly but won't be back"

"Clean room and excellent location walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shopping. This was my 4th stay at this hotel. My experience with breakfast included was much better the 3 prior times. The quality of the breakfast (fair) remained the same; however, drinks and the bread area became auto service and it was messy since the area is way too small for people to toast their own bread. It was much better before when the staff offered you bread already toasted, pancakes and bagels in the buffet line."

"Outdated, unkept, dirty. Staff was a hit or miss. Carlos was great, everyone else at the front desk was lazy and unprofessional. Restaurant is lovely and the staff was all great. Many other places to stay in SoBe, this one is not worth it. "

"The coffee in the mornings was so nice. Beautiful rooftop and kind staff. The room is sexy though certain finishes make us think perhaps the hotel is slightly past its “prime”. Overall, excellent stay. "
