“We only stayed for one night before driving down to the keys for my birthday but we really enjoyed our stay at The Local House. All of the staff were incredibly kind and they even blew up balloons and decorated our room for my birthday. Considering how busy the area was, the rooms were incredibly quiet and the bed was super comfortable. “I was very disappointed with my stay at The Prime Hotel. We experienced a serious safety issue when someone was able to access our room without permission, leaving us feeling unsafe. The initial response from staff was inadequate, and although a later staff member was more helpful in relocating us to a different room, the situation should never have happened. Overall, the lack of security and poor handling of our concerns made this a stressful experience, and I would not stay here again.”
