「The room was absolutely disgusting - it hadn’t been cleaned, the sheets had hair + who knows what else on them. The floors were dirty, the drapes had serious stains, and pretty much all surfaces were unclean. Serious repairs were needed - the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the bed frame was missing parts at each corner, and the thermostat looked like it had been ripped apart. DO NOT STAY HERE」
