“This hotel was quite a lovely surprise. It is right by the beach, but I didn’t hear the commotion on Ocean Drive. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and a very nice size. The bedding was extremely comfortable and it was simply a lovely stay. The restaurant connected to the hotel was also very good. I would absolutely return for my next trip to Miami.”

“Low flow toilet clogs; window was extremely cheap, dirty, and out of place; beauty mirror didn't collapse flat, tv faced couch so to face bed you pull it out then walk into it at night; shower door bottom too low drags bath mat; safe mat didn't fit safe; not enough plugs by the door; jackhammer in the morning by the window; and service light button broken.”

“Fue una buena experiencia, lugar céntrico y cerca de el lugar donde tenía que ir al concierto, la habitación estaba en muy buen estado, y el precio me pareció aceptable, calidad/precio. La atención fue excelente, tanto la recepción como los de el valet parking, la verdad en cuanto atención 10/10. Pero como nada puede ser perfecto, tuve un par de inconvenientes, desde algunos muy sencillos hasta otros un poco más molestos, la habitación que me dieron fue la 114, primero la habitación es en otro……

“I enjoyed staying at this property for my solo trip to Miami. The property is not on the beach but it is a very short walk. When you get to the beach they provide beach chairs and umbrellas. The check-in process was easy and the lobby was very clean. My room was super clean, yet small. The room had a balcony and that helped with the small room size. The TV's include Netflix and Youtube. I didn't eat breakfast, but they provide breakfast for a fee. The latte was great and pastries were tasty……
