"Overall, the hotel was okay, but I think it was overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was decent, but the service and overall customer experience could have been much better. The staff did not feel very welcoming or service-minded. There were no proper greetings, and at times it felt like they were tired of dealing with guests. Reception also felt disorganized during busy periods, with no clear process for managing people waiting at the desk. Housekeeping was inconsistent. We had to ask and remind the staff to clean the room and make the beds, and basic items like shampoo were not refilled. The hallways and elevators also had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall impression of the hotel. We also did not receive a welcome bag, while other guests appeared to receive one, and we had to wait a while to get our bags from the luggage room. Overall, the hotel was not terrible, but for the price I expected better service, cleaner common areas, and more attention to detail. I would probably choose another hotel next time."

"We only stayed a quick night before our cruise but my wife and I may return to Miami for a weekend getaway and we will absolutely stay here again."

"Room smelled like mold, when I went to desk they changed my room. Airport shuttle only runs hourly, don't miss it, Very inconvenient. No elevator to use. I wouldn't stay here again."

"Extremely disappointed at the overall experience. The only positive thing we can say is we were able to get into the room early to leave our luggage. Upon entering, I saw that the floor was absolutely filthy, there were dusty shoe prints all over, hair from previous guests and stains. There were questionable stains on the bedding and bizarrely enough there was a bottle of hand soap instead of shampoo. I told one of the cleaning staff and she told me it was not a room assigned to her, so pretty much like "tough to be you" so of course I told the front staff and he said he'd look into it. We left for at least 6 hours and when we came back it was still dirty. It was also very noisy thanks to the lack of insonorisation, not to mention a very loud drunken argument breaking out right next door that night while we were trying to get our 2 year old son to sleep. There is no way we would ever recommend this place, especially at the inflated price thanks to the F1. We only chose it because there were no reasonably priced hotels available but still, this was shameful."
