「We always love to stay at Arya, Coconut Grove is a beautiful area with lots of restaurants and the this hotel has a great location and nice views.」

「Knobs needs repair. Twin beds are smal without sufficient comforts. Found hair on ground of bathroom. The hotel has the best view, but needs more care for details. Otherwise, I prefer moving to chain hotels next time.」

「The expectations were met, and my expectations are high. The property is super conveniently located, the views are amazing, the hotel is clean, modern, luxurious and well maintained. We loved our condo, the beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed and the host was easy to reach. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!」

「I only used the place to sleep. I found their mattress and pillow were very suitable for my personal preference. I had good sleep there. The room was very functional for a solo traveller and the location was convenient. The down side was that the washroom equipment needs major upgrades. Everything was from 1980s. The conditioner expensing pump was broken.」

「The environment is sooo good! Really enjoy the trip. I will definitely recommend to other friends」

「Always stay within this building when staying in coconut grove wether that be with family or on my own. The self contained apartments are always a winner! 「Amazing experience! We had no issues checking in, plenty of room and beautiful space. We had a clogged toilet that we could not get fixed with the plunger, I emailed the contact and within 16 min a man was here to fix it. Location can’t be beat, parking included was a HUGE perk. I have high standards with rentals, and this one met them all. Overall would totally stay again.」

「Excellent accommodations the host was and went above and beyond to meet our needs will be staying with them again and highly recommended for all of our Umiami families traveling」
