"The room was very outdated (room520) maybe that’s the style in the area I didn’t like it at all. The bathroom floor had a large crack in it, the mirror in the bathroom had black stains on it that couldn’t be cleaned off, the bathroom sink was lose if you bumped against it the sink would move. The bed frame was worn. The mattress was sunk in on one side. I complained to the staff the hotel was sold out. The next day they called and offered to move me however I wasn’t at the property at the time I was out touring. We were sitting out on the front and was told we had to move because I wasn’t buying anything from the bar I don’t drink alcohol however I was a customer at the hotel also we booked 5 rooms. We were told they were losing money from customers that actually drink alcohol. If you’re looking for convenience to Collins & Ocean Dr. this is the spot location it’s perfect you can walk to almost everything. "

"Lovely Beach ,soft white sand blue sea so beautiful . All staff very friendly .Rooms nice and big lovely view of the ocean. Hot tub lovely and hot water . Suncream also available FREE to top up."

"Do not go by the pictures. The rooms are horrifically dirty. Our room had mold, mildew and was so dusty. The photos on their sites are definitely AI and I would never recommend this hotel unless you are desperate. Please look elsewhere. Both myself and other party work up with the worst headache and then noticed the black mold spores in the air unit. "

"Do not get room 208! We had the bright lighting for the back alley way shining into our room all night long because the black out blinds don’t quite fit. An expensive night in an average hotel. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend. "
