The front desk informed me that because I booked through a third party, I was placed in a room in the building next door instead of the main hotel. They said that if I had booked directly with the hotel, I would have been able to stay in the main building. I am very disappointed with this experience. The room did not meet my expectations, and I ended up leaving one day early to book another hotel because I could not stay in the room I was given.

The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. There were holes in the wall, paint chipped everywhere, bathroom literally looked like someone just threw paint on the walls. There was paint on fixtures, on the toilet, the sink. The flooring had been replaced so terribly it was bubbled. Absolutely a mess of a room!!! They should be absolutely embarrassed to put anyone in this room and actually have them pay for it. The “closet” was literally plywood that was slapped w/paint so poorly that the paint had ran down the sides & dried into thick lines of paint. The headboard to the bed wasn’t even securely connected to the wall, the room chair had rips in it, the TV barely had channels we could watch, &the mini fridge was lit up all night because the light on the inside didn’t shut off when the door was shut. The smell that hit you in the face when you entered the hallway, coming and going, was repulsive. It literally took my breath away because it was so horrid! The air fresheners that were plugged in everywhere only made it worse and it didn’t mask the smell of poor cleanliness. The property manager really needs a crash course in hospitality &insuring that customers are truly taken care of. An incident happened on this property w/the elevator dropping &crashing to a stop in between floors, fire department had to extract us &others from the top of the elevator because it was not working properly &unsafe. We had to seek out the manager for communication!POOR Management!

The best thing is the location and nice staff. Tv and the phone in the room didn't work. The room wasnt the cleanest either, lots of stain in the bed. after we went to the beach, we asked for our room to be cleaned cause we had a bit of sand in the room; after we came back, we could still feel the sand in the floor. Pool wasnt really clean either, lots of leaves +bugs.

I wish I would have seen and listened to all the 1 star reviews prior to this. The staff, location and the amenities are the only good part of this establishment. There are 3 separate buildings for this hotel- we stayed at the location which was right above the restaurant “Maxine”. The rooms are very out dated and have a mildew smell. You can also hear EVERYTHING. People above you walking, people talking next door, the music playing below. I’m just thankful they turned the music off at 11:30pm but everything else made me stay up until 1-2am (thank god it was only 3 nights). I do not fault the staff as they cannot do anything about this but I feel like people should know if you enjoy or need your beauty sleep you will have a harder time at this hotel. The pools were quite nice and restaurants were also good. Location was close to everything (shopping, food, beach, pools).

Very central location was great lots to choose from from restaurants, etc. pools are clean roof do pool good music and two restaurants. DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff was dismissive, they overbooked and didn’t have our reservation when we arrived. Our room was located inside a restaurant with a door that didn’t lock. It was incredibly dirty, moldy, and had bugs. Incredibly deceptive per the description on Expedia and they wouldn’t give us a refund despite us leaving immediately.

I had the worst experience here. From the start the front desk staff was very rude and impatient. When arriving im my room my toilet did not flush. Although several attempts were made to fix this issue, the problem continued for the next day. When waking up to use the restroom in the morning I'd have to use the restroom up in the pool area on the rooftop inside of the women's restroom because the men restroom was always locked. My room was finally swiched out on my last night after staying in my original room with the broken toilet for two nights. The hotel also had towel shortages due short staff issues. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Although the supervisor tried his best to assist, he needs a stronger team to support him because his staff weren't the best.

Not as clean as when i visited before, carpet should be either cleaned or completely replaced. The elevators were out of service so i had to take the stairs up to my room with heavy luggage, room had a moldy smell, no ice other vending machines available .
