My family and I have major issues with the room. Everything is dilapidated, from the structural integrity of the room: walls, paint, fixtures, hardware, etc… Lights are flickering, holes in walls, shower not draining, the window is permanently cracked open because of air conditioner and water comes in when it rains, the WiFi doesn’t work, hair and sand all over the floors, there’s no heater in the room so the room gets very cold because of the current outside weather conditions… My sister chose this hotel for her birthday, we picked the room together, and they completely trick you and do a bait and switch versus the room you book online. The photos are completely different online. This company also goes by Castle Beach Hotel, Boutique Apartments Miami, Blue Ocean Apartments, Girasole Apartments, etc… Worst part. We found body fluids all over both beds!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Took management company almost 48 hrs to respond for a request for towels and toilet paper after leaving 2 messages, 2 phone calls which weren't answered nor allowed to leave a message. Bathroom was a mess... Caulking very messy and start of mold growing.

Room updates - the dehumidifier was taped through the window, the ac dripped on the floor, bathroom lights flickered, shower didn't drain, fridge not operational. Lots of spackle/paint drips everywhere.

Have stayed here a few times. Was cold in Miami during my stay. Found out the place had NO HEAT!! Other than that I guess I would nit recommend going during a rare cold spell

We stayed in Bay5 and while the property had a nice pool and beach, and the location was beautiful. Additionally, the gym was top-knotch. The unit itself was pitiful. -Our door handle was barely hanging on and was resting at a 30degree angle -Deadbolt was entirely loose and had only 1 screw -Kitchen counter was painted MDF! -Not nearly enough kitchen supplies -Parking garage is directly below and each time a car drives in it makes a very loud noise - similar to an airnailer. -entire unit was not clean -bathroom was entirely sprayed white to appear clean - literally everything was sprayed - bathtub, fixtures, sink, switches, everything. -beds were disgusting and old - a quick check under the sheets and the mattresses were easily from the early 90s Overall, this unit is one giant expression of 'We don't care at all' and it showed. Everything in the unit was basically left over crap from the owners, and whatever else they picked up at Goodwill. The 36" TV on the wall was a joke, and communication with the property managers was very diffuclt if you could reach them at all. I would recommend any other place other than this unit - the pictures make it look like it's beautiful, but it's completely 'white washed' literally and figuratively. 1/10 overall - for the unit, but the property is decent and we still had an amazing time.

This review/feedback is for unit 1701 Things that were great -Smooth check in -Valet does a great job. -Great location and views -Wifi speed -Excellent communication from the property. There was an issue with few lights not turning, it was resolved by the time we were back home Things that were terrible -Property condition was just unacceptable. -insides of Bath tub is peeling of. -Air conditioning was very noisy although it did maintain a good temperature - this unit is beside elevators , some of the elevators mechanical sounds are heard inside the unit - strange beep noise from the elevators stays on for 2-3 minutes every now and then. This may be a common pattern across properties on Miami Beach. Exorbitant costs subpar rooms. Things can really improve if the owner or property manager decide to spend some money on renovations and bring some shine to the rooms.

This property has a great location. Nice pool. Our room was on, but the toilet was broke but fixed the next day. I don’t like the valet parking it was too much waste of time waiting for the vehicle. Front desk staff not friendly.

Yes the apartment has a lot of issues one of the cot is broken my guest had to sleep on the floor and the front door handle is broken. And there is a stain of the sofa cover and clothing was left in the unit and the roaches

Pésimo el apartamento 402 estaba con mal olor cuando llegamos,el mismo día por la noche se fue el agua y cuando regresó empezó a salir en el grifo agua roja sucia y yo con un bebé que tuve que comprar agua en pomo para bañarlo y mi esposa y yo ni bañarnos pudimos,al otro día el aire empezó a soltar agua y la habitación endundada en agua y nadie de limpieza pasó por ahí,a todas estas el día después entero sin wife, 5 días sin servicio a la habitación intenté tener comunicación con el dueño y no fui atendido,también fui a comunicarme en la recepción y me trataron súper mal.Bueno los peores 5 días.No recomiendo a nadie este hotel muy malo todo

Loved the room, it was exactly as shown. Issues with elevators as they were booked to capacity functioning as a hotel but grateful they were available to evacuees. Unfortunately valet left my car out front and hit it and have yet to receive any response.
