“Hi when I arrived I was a lil thrown off because the picture of Vrbo was a little more updated looking than the actual house it’s self you could tell the house had been flooded before from the outside . When inside it’s was nice you could tell there had been recent work done the first bedroom downstairs to the right when you enter the front door leaks water an I know this because it rained the whole time I was there the downstairs had a Odor it smelled of stinky feet the 2nd bedroom downstairs……

“The house is newly remodeled and beautiful inside. Has a lot of extras outdoors, putting green, hot tub, pool table, etc. It was walkable to the Stadium/ Race track if you don’t mind walking. Maybe a 20-25 minute walk. ”

“We went for Miami Open Tennis Finals and the place was about a 25 min walk to the event. The host was very responsive and the place was nice, clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us. The only suggestion which I already shared with host is to make sure that the security deposit amount is clearly listed. My security deposit ended up being more than my total stay for 3 nights so I essentially got charged double before staying. Aside from the lack of clarity of steep deposit during initial booking……

“The house itself was located close enough to the hard rock Stadium for us to attend the FIFA game. The interiors were clean, towels and beds comfy and plates etc stocked enough for our needs. The only issue I had is it was not made clear that there was another person living in an adjacent room of the house that has been blocked off from a door on the inside. Upon entering the backyard once we checked in I was surprised and kind of scared to see someone sitting in the covered backyard as we are a……

“The host was very good at answering any and all questions I had. He reached out in very reasonable times any time I sent a message. ”

“This is a newly renovated property that is clean and feels new. It was great for our large family. However, I would not call it "Luxury" since there are several misses that should be corrected by the host.- Cheap, 1-ply toilet paper.- Bathrooms: very nice but unfinished. There is no shelf or tray in the shower for your toiletries. There are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. The electrical outlets for hair dryers didn't work in at least 2 of the bathrooms.- Bedrooms: nice but incomplete. The……
