「The house was fine, and had the expected amenities as far as in the house. It has a great back yard and we enjoyed the giant chess game. My reasoning for the 3 stars is because of a couple of things. The booking process had extra steps I haven’t had to do on other properties so it wasn’t as convenient as others. 「We went for Miami Open Tennis Finals and the place was about a 25 min walk to the event. The host was very responsive and the place was nice, clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us. The only suggestion which I already shared with host is to make sure that the security deposit amount is clearly listed. 「Hi when I arrived I was a lil thrown off because the picture of Vrbo was a little more updated looking than the actual house it’s self you could tell the house had been flooded before from the outside . When inside it’s was nice you could tell there had been recent work done the first bedroom downstairs to the right when you enter the front door leaks water an I know this because it rained the whole time I was there the downstairs had a Odor it smelled of stinky feet the 2nd bedroom downstairs...
