"The room we stayed in was nice and very clean. The bathroom was clean and had a beautiful shower. I have nothing negative to say about the room itself or overall cleanliness. However, we were disappointed with the fact that we only had two towels and one washcloth to share between two people for three nights. "My stay at Novotel Miami exceeded expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s modern elegance, exceptional service, and attention to detail. The room was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and offered stunning views that made every morning and evening memorable. EAST Miami

"EAST is a beautiful hotel with a young, hip vibe. The location is central to sporting events, dining, shopping and the beach. Our room was stylish and sleek, and had a very comfortable bed. My only complaints are the lack of an in room coffee maker, an available ice machine and the bathroom as a whole. The bathroom is really my biggest complaint. It was open to the room and provided no privacy. The shower and water closet are surrounded by frosted glass with very voyeuristic strips of clear glass. Someone showering would need to be under 5’2” not to be exposed from the waist up. The water closet has strips of clear glass that look into the shower and vanity area. I wouldn’t feel okay staying with anyone I wasn’t extremely comfortable with. Also, if someone wants to be up early using the bathroom, and someone else wants to be sleeping- too bad-you’ll both be up. Additionally, the lighting options in the bathroom are either dim or glaring-not ideal for doing hair and makeup. I stepped out each day wondering if I looked like a clown. If you’re okay with the bathroom situation, I think it’s a very nice place to stay."

"Cost $165 plus 13% tax to check in before 4. Other hotels let you check in whenever the room is ready. Definitely a ridiculous cost for our 1 night stay. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and they were not prepared for our 8 guests, as we indicated on our reservation. We had to ask for sheets and pillows for the couch where 2 kids would be sleeping and gave us 1 pillow, 1 blanket and sheet. Outdoor pool was the highlight along with the location to be able to walk to FIFA fan zone and Bayside market."

"The property has very useful amenities and location to beach was a major plus. We enjoyed the balcony with the ocean view very much. Only thing was with the kitchen as I cooked, there were no blenders available and only butter knives in the room, will say I was able to request a few needed kitchen items and they brought it to the room (steak knife and cutting board in order to cut up things). Other than that it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."
