“The property location is perfect. Our condo was clean and well equipped. The tiki bar and bartenders were awesome! The pool area really needs to be updated and cleaned. There was debris and garbage all around the pool even first thing in the morning. There was white foamy scum in the water and should have been cleaned throughout the day. “The pictures are totally misleading as is the description. It says that it sleeps eight. There are two beds in each bedroom one of the queen size beds is surrounded by walls on three sides so the only way to get into it is to go over a footboard at the bottom of the bed the other queen size bed has approximately 8 inches on one side to getinto it. It’s advertised as a gourmet kitchen, which it is far from. For example, the silverware drawer had three forks. The exhaust on the stove was filthy……

“Never in my 4 years of vacation renting, have I had someone else access the home while I was there in this manner. A women knew the keypad and walked into the home to look for a knife in the kitchen then proceeded to use the restroom. She could have knocked. Carlos did not inform me of this beforehand and I had my child with me, she was scared. The uninvited woman said she “forgot something” but I believe she knows the owner and wanted to see what I was doing as she was asking questions that……
