"This is a 1 star hotel & the General Manager Brandon Philpart made it worst. My stay was for 1 week. Large loose piece of wood hanging over the bed, over my head (i have video), the large hole in the bed, wouldn’t clean the room, leak under the sink (we had to use sheets to contain), toilet didn’t work properly, laundry room out of service, no iron, no hair dryer. And still the manager didn’t think all this was a big deal. "

"Excellent front desk staff, very responsive to guest needs. Comfortable hotel, similar to an Airbnb with kitchenette, dishes and linens. Great bar and restaurant in an excellent area of Boca. Fun pool, perfect for kids!"

"Room was clean and updated. Full refrigerator and a microwave made our stay easier. Signs of ongoing renovations, but never affected our stay. Breakfast was great, loved the location, not so much the parking, especially late nights. Cocktail hours seemed fun , but we never had the time to partake. Guests were quiet, respectful and kind."
