「The staff at the Hostel couldn't have been any nicer. We had a misunderstanding with our payment but Lisa and her colleagues were extremely helpful and friendly to all of us. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you are looking at visiting Dortmund for the football. Thank you again for giving us all such a good experience! 」

「It was very difficult to get a hold of the landlord, the wrong location was listed on the app. Ended up finding someone else who was staying at the hostel by waiting outside for an hour and was let in, still waiting for the property manager to come through. It was quite dirty in the bathroom, the sleeping facilities were okay. It seems that there's no upkeep and it's just the tenants that are responsible for the place 」

「We arrived late, after front desk folks had gone home, after midnight. Called the listed number and they sent a guy over to get us in which was really nice, but maybe they should change check-in/open hours. Room was nice and new and clean. Whole place kinda had cam-girl factory vibes tbh」
