“The B&B was wonderful. 5-stars, no question.
The grounds are gorgeous with a great guy who maintains the plants and trees! The pool and heated pool are also a great asset. I swam in the pool, it was immaculate!!
Reception and staff were attentive, multi-lingual, so helpful when I needed some support and extremely communicative. Mauricio bent over backwards to assist me.
The food and wine selection are 5-stars as well. As a B&B, the breakfast foods offered are fresh and prepared……

“The rooms were just OK. Kind of felt like a bunch of leftover furniture left in a standalone attic or basement. Staff was incredibly friendly and kind, and the on-site restaurant was some of the best food we had in all of Mendoza. The hotel is outside of the city center, which is important to note. The grass on the property had a lot of mosquitoes, and we got a lot of bites when sitting around by the pool.”

“Durante mi estadía en este hotel desapareció una campera dentro del restaurante del establecimiento. Informé inmediatamente al personal y me indicaron que revisarían las cámaras de seguridad.
Lamentablemente, después de varios días de intentar comunicarme y solicitar información sobre la revisión de cámaras, dejaron de responder mis mensajes.
Más allá del objeto perdido, lo preocupante es la falta de respuesta y seguimiento del hotel frente a un incidente ocurrido dentro de sus propias……
