Very convenient for Mendoza Bus Terminal

I picked this location to stay close to the Mendoza Bus Terminal as I had a 1-day layover. The hotel was conveniently situated for this purpose, and ticked all the boxes for me - well priced, good amenities, convenient location. The property is just steps away from the bus terminal, and can be accessed via an underpass next to the McDonald's. Best to access the hotel via the McDonald's parking lot. Staff were friendly and provided good service despite me not speaking much Spanish. They held my bag for the day while I explored Mendoza, and allowed me to use the facilities at the end of the day while I waited for my bus. Hotel is newly built as of 2024 and my room was adequate for my needs. Wifi was good and there was good water pressure for the shower. Complimentary breakfast was fairly standard in my opinion, but there were hot food options, which was nice. It also opened until 10, which provided some flexibility for me. I couldn't figure out where the pool was, but it wasn't that important to me, so I didn't follow up on this - perhaps someone else can post about this in another review. It would have been nice to have a shower facility for travellers leaving on night buses (just shower, no room), but that was a minor thing for me. Could be a potential opportunity for the hotel since I couldn't find this service anywhere near the bus terminal.

It is close to the bus terminal but still have to walk from the outside to the hotel. And the breakfast is not too fresh, especially the bread. Some of the edges of the sanitary bath equipment are too sharp, it might be easier to get hurt from them.

My girlfriend and I had reservations for a room with a double bed. We showed up after driving all day and checked in only to arrive in a room with 3 single beds. We went to the front desk to get the room type we booked and were told this was the only room available because they had a big group coming the next day and they didn’t want to have to clean the room again. So we got stuck with 3 little beds with no apologies or discounts… very disappointed

Super barulhento.

A estrutura do quarto é boa e confortável. Quarto grande. Banheiro tb de bom tamanho. Mas o hotel fica vizinho a um terminal de ônibus e o quarto não tem isolamento acústico, então o barulho no quarto é imenso. Ônibus transitando a noite inteira e buzinando às 5h. Extremamente desconfortável para dormir por causa do barulho. Café da manhã fraco tb.

Nos llamo la atencion su escaso servicio, sobre todo en desayuno que habia faltantes del elementos para desayunar (tazas cucharitas) como la reposicion de fiambres, jugos y panaderia Debiamos levantarnos a solicitarles el servicio a un cuarto donde permanecian. La comodidad del baño era deficiente y la ducha presentaba alternancia de salida entre el agua caliente y fria A pesar del reclamo no recibimos solucion.

Hotel novo, porém peca por situações simples. Vamos lá box sem puxador, sem local para colocar o sabonete durante o banho. Persiana estragada o que deixava claridade no quarto. Falta de talheres e copos no café, isso que só tinham 2 pessoas tomando café no mesmo horário. No primeiro dia tinha 2 garrafas de água no freegobar, depois não teve reposição. Tinha que descer e comprar. Fica ao lado da rodoviária, acústica ruim dos quartos que ficam com a janela virada pra rodoviária.
