「We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.」

「I’ve stayed at Surrey Resort twice now and each time has been an exceptional stay. The location is right outside of downtown and walkable so you can just leave your car parked during your stay. Parking is easy with no issue finding a spot. Check in is easy while being informative as you’re staying in a tent and not a room in typical hotel. 「Cute little cottage overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed our stay from the moment we were greeted by the friendly and hospitable front desk agent. Our room was comfortable. 「We were there for 2 nights. We did not have a good meal at all. The first night I had the $48 steak and my husband had the risotto. I asked for medium and it was Cooked well done. My husband’s meal wasn’t cooked all the way. The rice was crunchy. The staff wasn’t very helpful. Once you get your food you never see them again. 「advance notice on checkin should be shared earlier. The property has poor wifi- could not connect at all. I had to leave the property to connect. I have two cell phones and neither one connected. Because of limited wifi connection, you should share advance checkin code to avoid these issues upon arriving.」
