"We had a wonderful stay at Pala Casino Spa Resort. The rooms were clean, modern, and beautifully updated, making our stay very comfortable. The entire facility was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. The front desk team was especially knowledgeable and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were quick, easy, and efficient. We also enjoyed the restaurants on property. A special thank you to the manager at Luis Rey’s, who went above and beyond to accommodate our large party. Their attention to detail, flexibility, and outstanding customer service made our dining experience seamless and enjoyable. Overall, Pala Casino Spa Resort exceeded our expectations. Great accommodations, excellent dining, and exceptional customer service. We look forward to returning!"

"Distance from our room to the lobby and restaurants was quite far. Fortunately we were able to catch a shuttle a few times. One night we returned late and had to park near the lobby as there were no spaces available inside the property. I dropped off the family by room and took the long walk back."

"This is a tough review for me because there is nothing negative to say. The staff is really great, everywhere is very clean, and there are an abundance of things to do. We stayed in a Villa suite and it was comfortable. I especially like that the bathrooms have real doors and separate door for the toilet. That’s important when you have family staying together. The pools are small and the slides are best for kiddos under 10. I think it’s super affordable. The decor is dated and the vibe is super quiet all around so nothing really stands out. If you’re from out of town, I wouldn’t say it’s the most convenient location, but if you are looking to do a staycation and get out of the city, then it’s great."
