"Our stay was fantastic from start to finish, and the staff even kindly let us check into our room a little early. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and exceptionally well thought out, and the balcony offered an incredible view of the morning sunrise. The property is beautiful—highlighted by a stunning pool—and serves as a peaceful, quiet escape from the city. It’s an ideal basecamp for exploring the area, featuring a ton of paved paths for walking, biking, and running. Location-wise, it's just a quick drive to Christmas Circle, yet far enough away to enjoy breathtaking stargazing in the dark sky community. It was an amazing weekend getaway to escape the crowds, enjoy the tranquility, and explore Anza-Borrego Desert State Park and the surrounding areas. We will definitely be back again soon!"

"We've stayed at other locations in Borrego before but continue to go back to the borrego Valley inn. Be sure to bring your own food as the town of Borrego doesn't have many food options. Pabalitos is one of the best options, then Michael's, then the bar, then the fast Mexican take outnear the liquor store (cash only)."

"The rooms are very expensive. Expedia said they served an exceptional breakfast but there is no breakfast . They deliver a basket with a muffin and an apple. With rates that high breakfast should definitely be part of the price."
