A bright, fresh and spacious holiday bolthole in beautiful surroundings, this light-filled annexe makes a fantastic base for four guests eager to explore the quaint villages, stunning beaches and magical countryside of an unforgettable part of Cornwall. The property sits in a quiet spot in the picturesque hamlet of Tresarrett, with the charming village of Blisland just a mile away, boasting a post office/general store, pub and church overlooking a lovely village green. The cottage is perfectly positioned for horse riders, walkers and nature fans exploring the magnificent Bodmin Moor, which lies immediately to the east. To the west, the popular market town of Wadebridge (7.5 miles) rests along the shores of the River Camel. Following the course of the Camel northwards, the bustling port of Padstow (15.5 miles) is famous for its fabulous seafood restaurants. The idyllic fishing village of Port Isaac is also to the north (10 miles).
Entering this stylishly decorated and beautifully furnished hideaway, the welcoming hallway leads through to a light and elegantly arranged open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The sleek and generously sized kitchen is well-equipped, with plenty of storage space and worktops, and leads to the characterful lounge. The cheerful lounge has a beamed and vaulted ceiling, a Smart TV, plush seating, a roaring wood burner and floor-to-ceiling windows which overlook the garden and allow natural light to stream in. Exploring this fantastic single-storey retreat further, you will find a refreshing wet room. There are two spacious bedrooms, one at each end of the annexe: one is a sweet king-size room, and the other is a charming twin which can be made up as a super-king-size on request.
Heading outside, a lovely enclosed and raised patio terrace features a BBQ and garden furniture, perfect for sitting out and taking in the serene surroundings. There is a choice of seating areas and a woodland walk, with a pretty summerhouse offering views across the valley. Parking is available for one car on the driveway.
