The location was excellent. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom walls and entry door handles were visibly dirty and needed thorough cleaning to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The hand basin and bathtub plugs were missing. The cold tap at the hand basin was very hard to turn on and off, and no matter how tightly it was turned off, the water kept dripping. Both bedside lights were not working. The TV controller didn't work, and the reception staff replaced it. When I reported the above-mentioned issues, I was told the maintenance staff were aware of the leaking tap and broken bedside lights and would repair them after the weekend, during my stay. However, these simple repairs never happened during my stay. The hotel room I stayed in was not fit for the purpose, and I feel I'm entitled to some refund.

I had a horrible experience to begin but thank you to Indiana for improving my stay and experience. First room was horrible, dark, gloomy and a tiny window purely for compliance. If you get these rooms, change asap. Second room I went to had thick black mould. Third room was the one and Indiana checked it herself to ensure it was clean and up to her standards. Promote this amazing human!!! Thank you again Indiana for turning a bad experience good.

The bathrooms need a good scrub - mould evident. carpet needs replacing. coffee machine needed instead of instant coffee - hard to believe this is rated a 5 star hotel. also having to use the luggage trolley to get your own luggage from the taxi inside and then again later on to get your luggage to your room in a 5 star hotel baffles me...
