"Property was clean and well staff ,and amenities were great ,just the front desk was hard to work with ,lost my wife wallet they said there computer said we didn’t have it ,but when we asked to see manager he came up with our wallet, no empathy for there customers!! "

"This was a great house to rent. Plenty of space for my family of five. The house is very clean and they have everything needed to have a wonderful day, including a cooler and pool floats. The management was very easy to work with and was prompt with answering my many questions."

"Place was fabulous! Enjoyed the accommodations very much as each room was very comfortable, the kitchen was nicely appointed and the back yard area was so relaxing! The pool was wonderful and we spent many hours in it or on the back patio enjoying ourselves. Home is located close to so many great beaches, easy access to the Highrise hotel atea that is filled with and a bounty of restaurants to choose from. Leigh and Judy were wonderful hosts and responded to any questions we had very quickly! They offered many suggestions on places they enjoy to eat at and we tried several with great success! We loved our stay and hope to return often. Aruba Haven is a fantastic place, thanks for sharing your lovely home!"

"Not my favorite place, but overall it was good for the price. A couple of the doors have huge gaps underneath, big enough to let a scorpion in. Luckily no one stepped on it. Beds aren't great but the shower pressure was awesome. The ACs work extremely well. The access to the golf course restaurant was a blessing and a curse. Very spendy but top tier food. Not a great location but if you have a rental car it's just fine. It was really nice being in a gated community. We never once felt unsafe, but I think it's likely the same anywhere you go on the island. I saw a previous review that mentioned a few things that were broken and I'm assuming they didn't get fixed because we noticed three or four things that needed to be fixed. Not a huge deal though. Tricky to get to because the address wasn't exactly accurate, but we later discovered that that's the case for most of the island. I think we'd probably stay here again if we're ever back in Aruba. "

"Where do I even begin? Tierra del Sol Resort is simply stunning — from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how immaculate and spacious the property is. Every detail has been thought of, and the amenities are truly on another level. It feels less like a rental and more like your own private paradise. But what really sets this place apart is the people. The staff are some of the warmest, most genuine hosts we have ever encountered. During our stay, we were hit by a storm that delayed our flights and disrupted our plans — stressful to say the least — and the team went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. Their kindness during that difficult moment turned what could have been a nightmare into something we will actually look back on fondly. This is the kind of place that reminds you why you travel.
