“All the food are the same every day”

“Phenomenal all inclusive for families. Great food and better beach. Staff is fantastic.”

“The towel huts were never replenished ever. You had to ask every time. The employee would leave for 20 minutes + then come back with 2 exec if you needed 4 for your family. Never any cups for the water. They're were never any balls for the basketball ball hoops. We had to buy our own ball from the store. That's not the issue, the issue is they all say let me go check and get back to you they NEVER DO. We're paying customers and guests These items should be available!!”

“This was our 3rd time in 3 years staying at this report. We’ve enjoyed it every time. Everyone is so nice. The swim up bar is great and bartenders are super friendly and responsive. Special shout out to Susie who bartends at Mulligans and to Enrico who mans the pool bar.”

“I was disappointed, the hotel is old, dirty and needs serious updating. I left the day I checked in and stayed elsewhere down the street. Barceló upper management should invest some serious money in updating and improving this hotel because the location is good and the staff could do better with better resources.”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“We had a suite and it had everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and well kept. I loved the pool, swim up bar and the accessibility of the resort. I would recommend for sure.”

“Everything in the hotel is perfect beautiful views everything’s new fresh clean. The only thing is that things can be a little pricey at the resort, especially the food for the taste. You can get much better quality food outside of the resort.”
