“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“Room has partial beach view and it was excellent Staff - excellent customer service all around Big thank you to manager Ms. Maria at the reception. She was incredibly professional & understanding! Pool - should have toilets situated for guests around the pool Elevators were slow at peak times and at times only 1 worked out of the 2. Food at the buffet had a great selection and customer service. A la carte restaurants need some upgrading but PR manager was excellent in checking in with us &……
