「It was great! The staff was exceptional! Especially on the private island!」

「My wife and I were harassed by hotel security late at night doing a “random” check. Banging on our glass door, not even the front. Demanding we come out. Extremely unprofessional as she was in the bathroom and I was laying in bed. Front desk was no help at all either. Their bellhop in the front was awesome, the rest of the staff can learn from him.」

「Wonderful all inclusive resort. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Thulio & Jessica & the lady from Venezuela that works at Tierra restaurant. Only 3 minutes away walking distance to baby beach. Very new and they have 2 pools one for the beach view and the other ones for the pool activities. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Room service staff are very professional and clean very nice the room.」

「The property coverall was nice though there were issues which affected our vacation. 1) Complimentary water bottles were not changed out after the previous guest left. I came in parched and opened a bottle and guzzled it to find it filled with cheap tequila. Had stomach issues and other issues that day since I do not drink alcohol and only have an occasional wine. When presented to the front desk, laughed and confirmed "yeah it is tequila". What if the bottle was spiked with pills or something...

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「A beautiful hotel that exceeded my expectations! We travel to Aruba every year, and I wasn’t sure what to expect when we booked this hotel. After staying here, I’m glad we gave it a chance. The hotel was very clean and even more beautiful in person. My only complaint was that the air conditioning didn’t cool the room as much as we would have liked.
