Love Aruba. The staff especially Santos was amazing. Not on the beach but a short walk or shuttles to Palm Beach. Located close to restaurants and shops and everything you need. Great adult only pool - quiet serene environment away from the timeshares. Would definitely stay again. Our two bedroom - two bath suite had everything the 4 of us needed with amazing ocean views.

Suite is nice , but they forgot to lock the other bedroom ( they are all 2 bedroom suites if u only book one room they just lock the other ) Then they tried to charge me for the other room when we didn’t use it .. and they still never locked it The restaurant is only one on roof and it’s not good at all … it’s actually kind of really bad I got ceviche and it was slimy . There is no desserts. Staff is nice best part .. whirlpool is luke warm. Also to give u a tip bring cash all taxis take cash only

My experience was not so good. I reserved two rooms, for two persons each, and in the especials requirements I asked for 2 single beds in each room. I reinforced this requirement when the Welcome Team of the hotel send me a message some weeks before of my arrival. But no one told me that this requirement is not possible for the hotel. When I arrived, and I reminded the requirements to concierge, I realised that the rooms didn't were prepared. The solution was to assign two rooms for 4 persons, but only the room for kids that has two beds, but small, without window, poor lightning, and without a safety box. The staff didn't do so much to solve this problem in another way. The deception was so big, because we planned this trip some years ago to go all the family. I will not recommend Radisson.

Pools are great, loved the infinity pool. Towels - you can only get one at a time. Ours got rained on (with everyone else) and the towel woman was not happy that everyone was trying to get dry towels. Since we had a kitchen, we bought fruit to cut up but not with the wooden utensils provided. We got a stainless set from restaurant but only a butter knife and still did not work.

Clean room, but no utensils provided. Paper plates and wooden forks and spoons were brought after we asked for it. No real knives either only wooden, disposable that you can’t really cut anything with.

Room was very spacious. Hotel was supposed to have daily housekeeping but that did not occur, unless you went to the front desk everyday, and requested to be on the list. Even turning on the Housekeeping button for the room, did not work unless we went to the desk everyday.

Would rate the stay 3/5 stars. The property is clean and so are the rooms, staff was friendly and willing to assist. The downside is that before you could view the ocean you have to get past the parking lots, construction to the right, high traffic to the left and a casino up front. Not exactly a relaxing time on the balcony or sweeping views of the ocean. The beach is also poorly organized. It’s a five minute walk and they do provide the shuttle however the umbrellas and beach chairs are limited and you have to be up super early to get the front row otherwise you will be stuck with a view of other beach goers. This is also the only hotel that has their umbrellas slanted and you are not allowed to move them so you can’t really move around with the shade. We ended up taxiing to other local beaches just so we can enjoy our days in the sun also paying for taxis and beach chair and umbrellas so this was a big negative. If you like to sleep in a little later this is a problem. Getting taxis mid day is another issue they do have them but you will be waiting a while so the only solution is to get up super early and start your day which is what we had to do. Will consider ocean front hotel or an Airbnb if I was to make another trip

Clean property with great amenities and the Staff were nice. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops, and a few blocks from the beach. The designated beach area is crowded and less desirable so we visited other beaches for that experience.

You rarely see any write-ups for the Radisson Blu on any site which is a shame because it was probably one of the nicest, cleanest hotels we ever stayed at. We were greeted by Peter as soon as we opened the taxi door and were offered a glass of champagne and smiles from all. I have to mention a few of the employees, Jolina, Leyo, Janelle, Dondre, Sigmund, and Alexander who all went out of their way to make this such a spectacular trip. If you’re there on a Monday be sure to sign up for the floating meditation class, it was amazing!! The beach was a very short walk from the hotel and we never had a problem getting lounges and umbrellas at both the beach or pool at the hotel. The people who work at this hotel take such pride in their work and it shows. The concierge team was more than helpful with taxi’s and dinner reservations, shopping and just about anything. The rooms were extremely large and well kept. The pool bathrooms were so clean, and the woman who cleans (sorry I didn’t get her name) were immaculate. Thank you all for making our trip to Aruba so special. We’ll be back!
