“The room was newly renovated and absolutely beautiful! The room was right near the beach, like 20 steps to get into the ocean. Unfortunately we were right next to construction which was loud and at times, started early in the morning. Otherwise everything was beautiful, clean and convenient! We enjoyed the food as well!! ”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The rooms were very clean and the balcony was a big plus especially the jacuzzi tub! The service was what really made it great though. Every staff member was pleasant and accommodating. I would and will definitely stay there again!”

“We had a good view of the beach and pool area. The only problem was that they were working on the pavers around the pool area. We would hear the construction noises in the mornings. We were charged a daily resort fee which we did not expect. I feel that Expedia should have included that in the cost of the trip. The staff was courteous always willing to help. I would certainly recommend the hotel to my friends and family. ”

“I don’t normally give 5stars for hotel stays but the Ritz is by far the exception! The staff was beyond terrific! Every single person we came in contact w made us feel welcome, special and pampered! We especially loved the pool and cabana staff! Shaniqua and Jean Carlo were standouts! Also, Andrew and Jensen in the sushi bar. Superb!!”

“The view of golf field is superb. Its in the middle of 2 comercial spots on the island. Driving and parking are easy here.”
