“The rooms were clean and always stocked to my liking. The staff members were as helpful as could be.”

“My experience with this property could have been different if the stuff were more pleasant and helpful. A couple of requests were made prior to arrival and once there, we were informed that there was nothing noted in their system. No information was provided to us regarding the amenities, schedules, restaurants and trying to use their shuttle service was difficult as only 1 or 2 were in service for the whole property. I was not able to use the clothes dryer because it had a gasket or wire……

“Everyone was nice, friendly, helpful! All the waiters, conceirge, drivers; all asked about our stay and had an nice temperament. We went during the week, so the beach and pool area had available chairs and towels. The room and resort was always clean. We tried all the restaurants. At times the service was slightly slower service that we may be accustomed to, but that is to be expected depending on the time of day, amount of customers, staffing and so forth. “This place is beautiful and placed in the middle of all the activities. The food and drinks are perfect and the staff are exceptional. We will definitely be back.”

“The view from the new studio rooms are not great. No cover from when it rains in the balcony. Room#308. No full length mirror in the room only the small one in the bathroom. The bathroom was uncomfortable. Too small for a couple. Could not open the door to the bathroom all the way. The toilet was in the way. No complimentary coffee and no complimentary water. Other than that my stay was great. The server at the wave shack Julissa was very attentive. Alway took care of us . All staff at check……

“Great stay. Centrally located, & amazing staff. My check in was smooth. Bruce and Vallence(idk the spelling) were very helpful. My room,F13, was available as soon as I checked in. I felt safe and any needed was resolved with urgency. This local family owned and operated, solar powered business was everything I imagined. The photos were an exact depiction of the property. Superfoods, Eagle Beach, The Butterfly Farm, and the hotel zone were minutes away. I’m looking forward to another stay.……

“having a locked door in our apartment that was someone else' room was a bit odd. the phone in our apartment did not work even to call the front desk. There was only hot water in the shower, it is hard to bathe a toddler when cold water would only come out in the beginning for only a few seconds. It would then go straight to hot, did not matter how much we tried to adjust it.”

“The staff was incredible! From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was amazing. I’m also very proud of James for showcasing his skills and maintaining a positive attitude.”
