Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort and Casino

"The Hilton was a great place to go for our quick getaway. Lots to see at this resort with plenty of choices of places to eat at the location as well as across the street at the mall area. Personally, felt that with all the choices to go in the area, we didnt need an All Inclusive pkg. Saved some money this way. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had no issues. Although the ocean partial view was not worth it for the extra cost in my opinion. Casino was small but cozy. Food overall at the hotel was good. Pool was nice with the DJ. And the beach area was very spacious and enjoyable."

"I’ve stayed here before .. everything was great as always .. I do have and issue with my total charges for 8 days - $8.93 $ for daily tax and 70.00$ daily resort fee which ended up about 650.00 $ in extra money you need to pay on top of what you already paid for your stay at the Marriott Stellaris Aruba . I feel that you’re already paying enough money for your room .. if this is the case they should let people know about these charges prior to booking not after you’ve booked your trip and at checkout hey you owe us another 650.00$ in fees and taxes .. what are these fees for ?"

"We enjoyed a generally pleasant stay at Riu Palace. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food offered both good quality and a satisfying variety. The beach itself is attractive and easy to access, though it is relatively small for a property of this size. That limited beach area creates a noticeable shortage of palapas, which means guests need to wake up around 6 a.m. to secure one - a significant inconvenience. The consistently windy conditions also reduce the availability of water‑sport activities. In addition, the elevators in the hotel buildings are slow enough to become frustrating, and the nightly entertainment felt more like an underwhelming school performance than a professional show."

"We really liked that all rooms were oceanfront although most buildings you can’t access the beach,not a deal breaker for me but it’s unusual. I do want to say the service was excellent and the food was very good.The location of the resort was off the main strip again not a deal breaker ,only a 5 minute drive to downtown which was good and a 15 minute taxi to the High rise section it,the taxi fares added up after a while.We suggest eating at El Gaucho Argentine steakhouse downtown delicious steak.We did do a tour of the island which is a must.The island is so beautiful with a lot of history.Overall we both loved our first visit to the island and will definitely be going back."

"The adults only pool and the multiple bars was excellent. It was a bit of a hassle at first but I didn’t realize how nice it was to have reserved spots at the pool and beachside. I wish they had a more expanded menu at the late night bar."

"The rooms had full kitchens which made it convenient if you wanted to do some cooking to save on some meals out including a refrigerator for drinks & ice to take beverages to the beach. We also appreciated a washer & dryer so we could dry our towels & bathing suits when needed. The pools were fantastic & the convenience of the 2 restaurants on site when you didn't feel like leaving the property. The walk to the beach was only 4-5 minutes & you could easily get a umbrella & chairs on Eagle beach early in the morning. The lobby could be bigger with more staff at the front desk but other than that we would recommend Eagle Aruba Resort. It was also easy to catch a taxi if needed being most days one would be already readily waiting out front."
