Our 4th time staying at the Radisson. good location and close to the main areas of Palm Beach and the strip. All hotel facilities and the room were well kept and clean. Grounds are immaculate and well looked after.

When I got there to check in I was told that the Raddison Blu does not accept Discover Card. It is my go to card and this should have been given as a parameter by Expedia or Raddison. I had a second card but did not increase my daily amount because I use my Discover. My partner, she had a visa and after working with her provider we were able to check in. Had not happened we would have been thousand of miles away and no place to stay. You need to update this information. Someone fumbled the ball.

Hotel was a filthy dump. Service was God awful. Ola at the towel hut thinks she's chief of homeland security, and just down right rude. As was Janelke at the front desk. This establishment is so severely lacking in customer service, cleanliness, and over all congenial attitude, I honestly do not know how anyone comes back. The NY Breakfast Buffet was horrendous- waffles, French toast and pancakes as well as scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes were listed as buffet items. None were to be found. After asking about them for over 1/2 hour, they finally had to go t the kitchen to order them. This buffet cost us $1700 plus gratuity for our party, and it was horrible. We were the only ones there which was indeed worrisome in the first place. We never received enough bath towels for our 3 BR unit, no water. We spent a small fortune at this establishment only to be begging for towels for the bath, as well as the beach. The card system is beyond ridiculous. Will be heading back to Marriott for sure. I do not know how anyone ever returns to this hotel. Plus it's off the beach, Sure- there's a shuttle- my husband - just recovering from knee surgery - was told to wait 25-45 minutes- meanwhile the driver and shuttle were both right there. If I could give this property 0 or negative rating, I would. Save your money, stay somewhere else on the beach. Even the holiday Inn had better customer service that this place- and we weren't even guests there. Never, ever, again.
We asked for towels for our shower- this filthy stained towels are what they delivered. Hideous.
Additionally, we stayed in a 3BR unit, sparsely furnished, musty, and dirty.

Good location even though it’s not on the beach. Room setup was perfect for 4 family members, two bedroom two full bathrooms helped when we were getting back from the beach and getting ready to go out for dinner. The beach setup was somewhat small in front of Moomba beach restaurant. The hotel might be better for people looking to explore the island than setup on one beach and not leave for the trip. Close to many restaurants and shops to explore.

Very clean property. Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful (especially Santos at the front door). Need more chairs around the pools. Also, need to relax about the pool towels. My towel was taken off my chair when I left it for a few minutes and was a pain to explain and get another towel card.

This hotel should not be advertised as having beach access and amenities. There are no more than 50 chairs and 25 umbrellas at the beach for a hotel with 182 rooms and each room has anywhere between 2-6 people. The front desk tells you to show up at the beach at 6:30am to get in line and hopefully get a lounge chair. I watched as one man “reserved” 10 loungers every morning taking up about one third of what was available. Every morning we had to pay out of pocket to rent chairs and umbrella from beach vendors. If this was disclosed in the hotel description, I never would’ve booked this hotel. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Aruba 5-6 times and never had such a horrible experience. The staff is obnoxious. No one wants to help. They all just punt and say these are the rules. Expedia completely failed in accurately describing this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. Peter was very helpful. Pools were amazing. The only downside is it is a 4 minute walk to the beach with limited reserved chairs for guests, so depends what kind of vacation you are looking for.

We had the ocean view suite and got access to great views in the AM and also a great sunset. The infinity pool is breathtaking and we found ourselves there at the end of the day grabbing a drink/snack at the sunset bistro and relaxing in the reclining water seats in the pool. Can't wait to go back to the Radisson Blu!
