The food was absolutely delicious in all 4 restaurants including the buffet. The rooms was nice and cold, clean and the bed very comfortable. All staff members were very friendly and the waiters were constantly walking around the pool and beach providing drinks all day long. It was a very relaxing vacation and we had a wonderful time.

The resort overall was very good. The staff was incredibly friendly. Rooms were nice but the mattress was on the firmer side. Good wide the buffet had a good variety. Breakfast and lunch were very good. Dinner was good. They have 5 restaurants onsite, we ate at the Mexican and the seafood/steak which were very good. Private beach was nice.

Loved the location of thos resort - everything you need within walking distance. For the age of the resort i was impressed with our room, clean, comfortable, no issues. Buffet was smaller than I've had but you also have another breakfast option which we used a few times when the buffet was too busy. Overall we thought the food was good, even my picky husband did just fine. Beach and pool were beautiful but we were super annoyed with how guests just left their trash everywhere. I was constantly picking up after people. There are trash cans everywhere so no excuse. Do better people! This is a beautiful resort and we had a great time. Would highly recommend if you're looking for an all inclusive. We also did the Red Sail catamaran (walk right out in front on beach and hop on) and the Pirate ship sunset cruise (walk out front take right and just a short walk down beach). No cab fares needed or pickups. Perfect!

Service was great. Food was good at the resturants, Buffet was good for breakfast and lunch (never had dinner there but other vactioners mentioned it was limited).Pool was small and could also use an update. Rooms and most if the hotel needs major updates...but really the rooms had broken outlets (like pushed into the wall broken), ...could be cleaner (especially back of bathrooom door). But service was amazing throughout the trip. Chair situation..i heard a lot about..but we never got up at 6 for a pool chair..instead went to the beach in am..found a shaded spot and the peeps bring you loungers. Pool in the afternoon had available loungers.

Barcelo Aruba , it was an okay experience. I think they could do better they have potential. Five days that i spent there it was impossible to find a chair available by the pool. Buffet food very blah it didn't have a very variety. Been Aruba i expected to find more friendly staff members. When i booked my vacation i had asked for a two queen size beds. Never got it instead we a got a one kind size bed, when i spoke with the front desk the day of arrival i was told that they would try to get a another room and let me know. Never did. The one thing that i have to say is that the restaurants in the resort the food was very good. At aleast that. Definitely i love Aruba is one happy island 🏝 and i will definitely come back but i will stay in a different resort.

American Airlines cancelled my flight to Aruba so I wasn’t able to check in to this expensive hotel. I’ve repeatedly asked for reimbursement/ refund! This is not acceptable!

Overall the place was great, the staff was amazing. My only complaint was that there was not enough pool or beach chairs for how many guests they accommodate. Also, their restaurant selection isn’t the best but the buffet was great.

The staff are nice when you are interacting with them. The pool is a nice size, nice swim up bar. AC in the room works. There’s no negative remarks I would make. I, along with my family and friends enjoy our stay at Barcelo Aruba & will plan to go back.
