「This property is not tourist friendly. They speak very little English and they are not helpful. Also, during check in, they gave me no clear directions to where my room was and gave me key cards that don’t work. When asking the towel ppl to call for a shuttle, they did not understand what I was saying resulting in me walking around to find someone to help, especially after traveling for so long. I was pissed.」

「Beautiful resort. I have no complaints. Family friendly and there’s a bunch of excursions offered complimentary by the resort as well as for a tiny fee on the beach. Mercat’s breakfast was amazing as well. The rooms were very clean and there’s staff was very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar weren’t too watered down, they were the right mix (but that’s preference). I recommend!!」

「I cannot say enough things about Aloe B&B! The property is well maintained and almost feels magical. Lots of gardens and florals.. safe neighborhood. Dirk and Mariel are very sweet and accommodating. There is a very sweet pup on site her name is Bella. I loved getting greeted by Bella everyday during my stay.. made me feel more at home. Taxi available for pickup to take you the the palm strip area for restaurants and attractions. Only 15 mins car ride. Will deff be back! Thank you」

「Property was not what we expected, being that we were from upstate and had no knowledge on the location, was located in town nothing was close by, poor neighbor hood, and unable to get around on foot, had to take taxi where ever we went. People were friendly, but the property pictures on Expedia were not what was expected.」

「The bathrooms need work. The floors in the bathroom need to be buffed or something. Additionally, not everything is included in this “all inclusive” resort. You have to pay for the pool tables and game room. Also, you have to pay for room service - and not just the delivery fee. They charged us for the same food they put out from 11-2, as advertised, because they stopped putting food out at 1. $25 for a burger, when they were supposed to put food out until 2.
