「Room was clean. Food was good. Staff was great. Only negative is that it was very crowded which I don’t believe could have been helped being that we went over Christmas 」

「My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at this resort, and we would gladly stay there again. Room service was fantastic, and the staff was warm and hospitable. I had the Aruban breakfast at Ike's every morning which was very tasty, and after I got injured during an excursion outside of the resort the front desk staff gave me first aid which I really appreciated.」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「I had an amazing stay! The hotel is in a great location close to Eagle Beach and a short ride to Palm Beach. The room was absolutely gorgeous! I loved that I could cook outdoors by my plunge pool. The room was equipped with everything I needed including bug spray! The staff was extremely attentive and helpful! One thing I would encourage is a meal option for those who aren't looking to cook but want to hang in their room or near the large pool. I truly enjoyed my stay and I will be back!!」
