“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“We had a great time and met a lot of great people.”

“There was construction going on from 8am every morning. Jackhammers, sandblasting, broken waterlines that made for cold showers until the very last day of our stay. None of this was the fault of the staff, so I would still give the hotel staff and management an excellent rating. The food was great, choices were plentiful. The beach area was spacious and clean. ”

“Property was MAGNIFICENT! We took a quick trip to the high rise area and were incredibly happy to have selected Divi! Since we had a car, we drove around checking out various beaches and "hot spots". These other beaches were very crowded despite it being the "off season". Back to Divi The staff at Divi was wonderfully attentive, the rooms were comfortable and had a large balcony overlooking the beach. The beach - AMAZING! We traveled in Sept, so it was not peak season which meant we had no……

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“Omggg!! Hands down the best accommodating staff I ever experienced!! Ishmir was the best !!! He was so down to earth and made sure my bestfriend and I were comfortable, from transporting us around, to helping my bestfriend feel better with honey and lime remedy, to showing us around the island! We love the assistant manger and his cafe shop workers! Over great staff, breakfast was included with my stay and was very good !! And nice restaurants on the strip ”

“The suite was very clean, the beds comfortable, our room was cleaned daily.The 2nd night we saw a cockroach in our room( our room was on ground floor When I mentioned it at the front desk someone was at our room within 10 min.and we never saw one again.The pool and waterslide are great! Short walk to eagle Beach.DJ & live band we're great!Me andy teens loved our 3 night stay.”
