“The moment we arrived to the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort it was nothing but complete attention from the staff. The room was pristine. Plenty of shops on property and nearby. The setting of the pool & bar were amazing overlooking the Caribbean Sea. All staff were friendly and helpful. The navigator that booked our excursion was very knowledgeable and helpful from day one! Highly recommend the resort and the beautiful island of Aruba!”

“if you're part of all inclusive package reserve your reservations restaurants before you check in up to 48 hours before you check in as long as you're booked already. You're gonna need the reservations. Some places don't open until 5 PM lunch is only available one or two places. Order more than one entrée you're allowed live it up and fill up”

“We spent one night - on Sunday when we went to the pool the grounds were a mess from the night before- empty chip bags and some kind of poop on the ground- while the rooms were nice I didnt feel safe and would not stay there again.”

“Amazing staff. Amazing service. Get the breakfast package. Modern hotel with amazing views. Location is 10 minute drive from everything so renting a car is recommended. Located on the best peaceful beach. Would come here again.”

“This property is not tourist friendly. They speak very little English and they are not helpful. Also, during check in, they gave me no clear directions to where my room was and gave me key cards that don’t work. When asking the towel ppl to call for a shuttle, they did not understand what I was saying resulting in me walking around to find someone to help, especially after traveling for so long. I was pissed.”

“Me encantó todo lo único que no me pareció fue que si es un all inclusive no teníamos agua ni sodas en la refrigeradora teníamos que bajar algún restaurante a pedirlo ni café solo la cafetera con filtro y pienso que eso no tendría que ser así después de eso la gente fue súper linda el lugar hermoso”

“Beautiful resort. I have no complaints. Family friendly and there’s a bunch of excursions offered complimentary by the resort as well as for a tiny fee on the beach. Mercat’s breakfast was amazing as well. The rooms were very clean and there’s staff was very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar weren’t too watered down, they were the right mix (but that’s preference). I recommend!!”

“Nice hotel”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
