“Perfect for a quiet stay with everything you need in the apartment and kitchen, including some shared items that, you can’t really pack on a trip that came in very handy. Everything was clean. The pool and grounds area was really nice. There is a laundry room with laundry soap and some community items that were very helpful. Central location so you can drive in any direction (recommend a rental car) to attractions and restaurants etc. a small grocery store across the street was nice as well. We……

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Aruba for two nights, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The property is well maintained, and being right on the beach made the stay even more enjoyable. I really appreciated the atmosphere and the convenience of being close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Aruba.”

“Amazing views! Loved this resort, convenient to beach and pool. Restaurants on site were good. Deli was amazing. Towels are provided but went to exchange at 6 and they were closed (they say they close at 7). They also start putting away chairs as people leave beach and going down to watch sunset around 7 we couldn’t find a Chair, they were locked. We did not see drink or food service while on the beach. I think there were some activities like bingo but we never for information on anything hosted……

“The staff was rude and they didn’t have the rooms we had requested to accommodate us. And they didn't try to work with j us and come up with a solution…. The check in process was super long. I would not stay at this resort again.”

“They made us wait in the lobby until 4:00pm to give the room. We arrived around 1:30pm, had lunch, had a drink at the bar. Still made us wait until exactly 4:00pm for the room. Food at the property was average in my opinion. Overall it was a very nice trip, beach was awesome. I was just expecting a little bit more for paying the premium staying at the Ritz.”

“We’d booked our regular place but I decided to go to Aruba a day early. I needed a nice place so I booked this very nice quint boutique hotel. Very clean and quiet. We hadn’t rented a car cuz we really weren’t looking to drive but if you’re staying there it’s a good idea 👍 to do so. Great place”

“Our flight was cancelled and saw this hotel. We were coming from an all inclusive so this was different but in the best way! The staff was friendly, the rooms were so nice! Each room has a small plunge pool, they had a beach chairs, a cooler, snorkels for going to the beach. Definitely recommend!! PS You do need a car as things are not really close.”
