「This hotel has a great location. Beach is nice. Water was nice as well. Housekeeping was very slow and unreliable. I wasn’t able to check in to my room until 5pm after arriving at 1pm. I don’t expect early check in, but I do expect the room to be ready by the 4pm check in time. 「Our stay at The Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort was great. The staff is friendly and greets you every time they see you. The bartenders were also great. Room was spacious and the entire property was very clean. We enjoyed the food and sunsets were outstanding.」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
