This is our second visit to Hotel Riu and will definitely come back next January, with more family. staff was excellent; we had a problem with our room when we first checked in and asked for another room, staff immediately took action and we were able to get another room the next morning. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Hotel Riu Palace Aruba. The hotel is located in a great location with great beaches and vibrant nightlife. The property was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was diverse and very good throughout our stay. To top it off, the New Year’s Eve at the Moomba Restaurant was exceptional and a true highlight of the trip. While seating around the beach and pool was limited during peak times, it did not detract from an otherwise excellent overall experience.
