“Hilton was great about adjusting our travel dates due to a winter storm back home. Jayden at the front desk was stellar and our room upgrade was much appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic and the location excellent. It will be good to get the other pool open soon as the pool complex as it stands now lags behind the other Palm Beach hotels, as does the quality/value of the pool bar. Overall we had a very good stay!”

“Great two bedroom suite facing the beach. There was a nice kitchen, the place was very clean. The front desk staff, restaurant staff and beach staff were all very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely stay there again. ”

“Boardwalk is a beautiful place with an incredible staff that is super-responsive to the guests. The casitas are roomy, have a kitchenette which is really handy for leftovers, etc., and a nice menu for lunch and dinner. The only downside is that it's not right on the ocean--there's a little shuttle that takes you to the beach, or you can walk there in about five minutes. Always enough palapas by the pool and by the beach!”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“Stayed in the mini studio. Excellent accommodations. The property was clean, quiet and very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The common pool area with lounge area was great space. Enjoyed the hammock and lounge area. The private mini pool that was apart of the studio I booked was also great. Definitely would recommend staying at this property. You should either rent a car or just call a taxi if you would like to go somewhere. The dogs on the property were beautiful and extremely……
