- The apartment is located on the ground floor (basement) of the house and has a total living area of approximately 65 m². Both bedrooms have a double bed. A travel cot and a highchair are also available. From the terrace, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the beautiful Conventer lowlands with their diverse birdlife and flora until the evening sun. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher. The entire apartment has underfloor heating.
