Easy to walk neighborhood with shopping and downtown close-by. Feels safe in spite of the central location. Nice property, great breakfast! excellent showers - hot and good water pressure.
Beware there are no elevators, wasn't a problem for me but might be for some.
This is a great place to stay. The rates are reasonable, the room is comfortable, clean, and attractive, and the staff members are very nice and helpful. Also, it’s a terrific location—a quiet corner of a lively, fun neighborhood. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect.
Everything you could want for a great stay in Bogota! Kind staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast, working space in your room and lobby, fantastic restaurants all around in a safe neighborhood.
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The service was outstanding, the hotel is very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hot water in the shower was a great bonus, and the breakfast was also very good.
A special thanks to the kind housekeeping staff member who made tea for me when I was sick and to the lovely receptionist who did the same.
We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!
Very nice place and perfect to explore Chapinero.
The room is quiet as in a residential street.
The only constructive criticism is the breakfast: it took them 35 minutes to actually bring me the breakfast as I felt they forgot about me and I felt a big ignored (as the English speaker at the property).
Sofia and Cesar were extremely helpful and friendly. The room had a kitchenette with mini fridge and air fryer. The area is safe and has a ton of restaurants. Tasty, full hot breakfast included.
In general it was a great place to stay.
Nice room everything in it place and the staff was just excelent especially Miss Sofia Rodriguez who always, with a great bubbly smile, was there to help me out at all times.
Will go back.
By far one of the best places I have ever stayed. It was my first time EVER outside of the United States so I did not know what to expect. This place was better than any place I've stayed in the US. The breakfasts were amazing, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very clean and nice. The neighborhood felt safe, and within walking distance of many restaurants. The only downside was the noise at night from the park across the street, but that won't deter me from staying here again. I will definitely be coming back here to stay.
I have stayed in many properties around Bogota over the years and this is by far my favorite. I love that it’s a very modern hotel but kept the traditional chapinero architecture. The room was beautiful, stylish, very comfortable and had all the amenities. Shower had the perfect pressure and temperature! Been traveling in Colombia for a month and it was the best shower experience I’ve had in this trip. All the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was top notch and very fulfilling. Location was superb and safe! Only thing I would change is the loud doorbell when people arrive specifically at night though I’m aware it’s for safety reasons they keep the gates closed… I absolutely loved this place and I would stay here again!

I liked that it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was nice and the rooms well cleaned.
I did not like that when I checked in I was told that my reservation was not paid and that I needed to charge the room to my credit card. I did, but later checked with Expedia to prove that I did prepay. The hotel apologized for the mistake , but has not refunded my card. They told me I need a certified letter from my bank proving I paid

This is a decent choice for those seeking a good value. The hotel has been nicely renovated; the rooms are modern designed and are relatively spacious. It's in a quiet little pocket nestled away from the hustle of Bogota yet super convenient to many restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, etc. From this location, it's about 6-7 miles (?) to the downtown area, which is a cheap Uber ride away (though watch the morning and evening famous Bogota traffic). I like this area a lot because it's a lot more civilized (quieter yet charming) than downtown. Nits on the hotel are poor light-blocking window shades (bring an eye mask!) and a sub-par breakfast (at least keep the coffee out for us to self-serve, please, so we don't have to bother you). Otherwise, the staff is very nice but their electronic payment system wasn't working so it took protracted delays to resolve that.
I booked the cheapest option, which was good. The room is spacious enough for one person, but it might be a bit cramp for two people. There are some windows, but as there is another building next to the hotel so you will not get a lot of light except in the bathroom which is also the only place the window opens to the outside. As for the service, I think it was fine but could be better. Firstly, on Expedia it states the languages that are spoken are English and Spanish. In the couple of nights that I stayed there, one person of staff spoke English perfectly. For me the problem is not that people do speak English, but the managing of expectations. If my expectation is to articulate myself in English, it’s a let down not to get to. Secondly, during my stay there was some construction going on. Which of course is annoying, and when asking about it I was told that it wasn’t in the hotel and it will only be for a couple of hours every day. It was from about 12 pm until 5/6 pm. There not really anything staff can do about that, but some communication and compassion are missing. Thirdly, the view of my room at one side was of the lounge. In that lounge loungemusic would play from 6 am until 23 pm, which was loud enough for me to hear. Maybe other people don’t have an issue with it, so I just left it as is. But just to let other people know. Lastly, the breakfast was okay, but I would say it could be a little more variation. The orange juice was the best if had in my life.
This has been my favorite hotel to stay at so far. I called in advance to let them know when I was arriving. I asked to get picked up from the airport at a certain time and they accommodated. I arrived at the hotel and check in was easy.
The room was spacious, felt like an apartment. I got a room with a queen sized bed on the 4th floor. I liked how the whole place looked. Everything was clean for me and I was satisfied. There is no A/C, but there were two windows that allowed air in. Bogotá's climate is pretty cool so there is no need for an A/C in my opinion.
Breakfast was included in my reservation. The food was good, so take advantage of it.
There are so many restaurants around the hotel. You can walk to so many places. It's a safer neighborhood. Something else that can ease your worries is that you have to buzz in to enter the hotel. If you are having a guest over, they will ask for their identification and there is a curfew for guests, could stay until 10 or 11pm. This is for safety reasons and I think that's a great perk.
The morning shift receptionist and morning cleaning worker were so nice. Talked with them throughout the week. Would be a reason to return to the hotel.
Thought the place was pet friendly, but I was told they weren't on my last day at night. The listing says they are, but maybe you have to ask in advance to allow pets. I would love to come back, so next time I'll contact them in advance about the pets.
