Despite a confirmation text in December from my March visit which had their correct phone number ( and two incorrect numbers), i arrived March 21st and my reservation was not in the system.
Naturally, all of the rooms with king size beds were booked. Instead, i got a room after a fair wait for communication with the manager and the booking verification system. The room is two double beds. Love Colombia, vibrant with kind and wonderful people- but after my last visit, I knew you cannot be confortable without a queen or king-sized beds because the double might as well be the floor.
I received a towel at check in - none since - which was fine for the first two days because there was no shower head, only a pipe. Upside down bird bath.
How only one towel? Did housekeeping not provide new ones? Friends, i don't know if housekeeping exists. 4 days, no service for sheets, trash, towels, soap, nada.
Toilet, i had to unclog a little at tue beginning. And it leaks at the base - not substantially, just enough to regret wearing socks.
Kitchen area, no oven, okay sure. No silverware? Kind of weird. Very moldy plate third from the top? Yes. Gross.
Tracelocity help also sucks. Shoutout to them for being okay with me having am inferior room to what i paid for, failing to get any part of my higher payment refunded because the hotel management didn't approve.
Oh! The Whatsapp number on their business cards are for an unregistered number in Malaysia.
