On the other hand the apartment is located about 20 minutes by car from El Dorado airport and 14 minutes from the US Embassy.
Bogotá, like any large city, can experience heavy traffic, especially during peak hours, which can result in travel times greater than one hour and even up to 2 hours per ride. By staying downtown, travelers can minimize travel time and enjoy greater flexibility to explore the city without worrying about long commutes.
The central location of the apartment allows access on foot to several of the main attractions of the city, such as the Colpatria Tower with its viewpoint, the Plaza Cultural La Santamaría, the historic neighborhood of La Candelaria, the Museo del Oro, the Plaza de Bolívar, Monserrate, the Jorge Eliécer Gaitán Theater and the National Museum, among other museums and historical monuments. All of them are within 2 to 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
