Estuve con la familia y todo estuvo muy bien. La vista desde la habitación era hacía la ciudad muy hermoso. Las escaleras desde el lobby con esa pared de agua y plantas espectacular! Transporte al aeropuerto un éxito. El desayuno es riquísimo, variedad de frutas, jugos, el café wow y las ricas omelette que le hicieron a mi pequeño. Mil gracias a todos, también por ayudarnos con los tips a nuestras excursiones. Nos veremos pronto.

El servicio en el restaurante es excelente. No recuerdo todos los nombres pero Fabián y Consuelo hicieron que nuestros desayunos fueran un sueño.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this location in Bogotá. It's a very nice hotel with wonderful staff. If I could change one thing it would be to have a microwave in the rooms, but the kitchen staff will heat something up for you if you need. It's walkable to a handful of good food spots and a grocery store. Overall a great hotel and my first lick when staying in Bogotá.

Bad service at dining. Didn’t serve food as requested. Steak cold and hard. Very noisy heating system all night. Ice machine not visible, had to go to front desk to find it. Hotel too far to the airport. Will never go back

The hotel is quiet and the the beds are very comfortable. My only complaint was that check in was very long. There were 5-7 people waiting and two people available to assist customers. Then, one Hotel employee left leaving only one employee to assist in check in. It was as if the employee saw all the people and intentionally left the one to assist all of us. It was very late, after midnight, and the time it took to check in was frustrating, especially at that late hour and after a long flight. Our check in assistance was friendly and helpful, but I felt badly for the work she was forced to do on her own. To make matters worse, her printer was not working and was constantly beeping,

My wife and I have stayed here several times and we enjoy the nice breakfast, shuttle to and from the airport, and relaxing at the lounge while having drinks. Great staff and very clean. We will be staying again in the future!
