Una muy mala experiencia, desde que llegamos nos maltrataron, el check in fue malísimo. Cuando llegamos a la habitación encontramos una carta de un huésped anterior, lo que evidenciaba un mal aseo del cuarto antes de ingresar, luego intentaron cobrarnos la misma penalidad del huésped anterior por fumar. Es un hotel que señala y persigue a los que nos gusta fumar. Incluso en la recepción tanto el jefe de recepción, como la recepcionista nos increparon por el olor y nos trataron de viciosos. No recomendaría nunca este hotel, nos seleccionaron desde el inicio por jóvenes y de ahí en adelante hicieron todo lo posible por hacer de nuestra experiencia algo terrible. Si fumas nunca acudas a este hotel, te llevas una mala experiencia.

Check in agent did not follow through with the Vip amenities mentioned at booking. I ended up with 2 queen beds instead of the King bed i specifically booked. No follow up after I informed the front desk at check in. No follow up after i mentioned it again on the second day. I booked this hotel also for the Vip upgrade (if available, i understand; instead i got a downgrade!). After i mentioned that I was to receive a bottle of wine, i received a cake (which was nice) 2 hrs after check in. I asked about the bottle of wine and at 10pm i received a mini bar size bottle of red wine. I felt cheated on this Vip amenity which is part of the reason for deciding on this hotel. Hotel was clean and luxurious. Breakfast needs a hot meat item like bacon or sausage. There was none 2 of the 3 mornings I came down. Staff was courteous at the front door lobby. What the staff failed at, probably the higher management, is following up and following through when a guest has inquiries or complaints. I received none of that which was a shame. Room was nice. Beddings were comfy. Location was unbeatable. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Generally a safer area than others that I have read.
