Two rooms. Both broken AC units. Clean though.
Stayed two nights at the hotel while traveling through Colombia. Parking for my rental vehicle was a nice thing to have considering the congestion is terrible. Our rooms were really clean and up to date. I just wish our AC worked. Two of the rooms we rented had inoperable AC. The front desk ended up offering us a fan but she only had 1 to give. Luckily it was not uncomfortable to sleep those two nights but it would have been nice to offer us a discount due to the inconvenience. I don’t see myself staying at this hotel in the future.

The staff was very helpful and friendly during my 4 day stay, the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The all-inclusive breakfast had many varieties of mini pastries,fruits and beverages.
The only issue was that the TV cable connection was out during my stay the receptionist did say that this would be fixed but wasn't by the time I left.
I would definitely stay here again
