Excellent value for the cost. Friendly and very helpful service, with a tasty breakfast in addition. Room was clean and functional with a good TV and excellent shower. Much better than I expected for the cost. Best thing was the staff/management, who were always available and happy to help.

I actually never stayed at this hotel. When I went to check in at the hotel there was some mistake the hotel had made with booking rooms, so they moved me to another property under their ownership that had an available room.

El personal del hotel siempre muy atento y formal. Las instalaciones son muy normales y sencillas, hay agua caliente y en la habitación no hace frío. Me gustó mucho la ubicación y fue cómodo el hospedaje.

Se había solicitado una habitación con cama doble y nos dieron una habitación con dos Camas porque no había más, cobraron más de lo que era.. Es un hotel para pasar una noche y ya, al otro día aún sin ser las 13 ya nos estaban presionando para que nos fuéramos, tema que me pareció muy incomodo y de mal gusto.

El baño estaba un tanto sucio las sabanas sucias prometieron desayuno y no lo dieron se cobro mas de lo que decía en la pagina el estado del hotel no es el mejor y la ubicación deja mucho que desear

Estimado cliente, cuando se realiza la reservación por expedia, no se le descuenta ningún valor de su tarjeta de crédito, está solo sirve como garantía, por ende no se ha realizado ningún doble cobro

Good facilities and Service
The breakfast was good and the facilities all worked well. The wifi was fine, the shower gave good hot water, and the breakfast was nice. Only downside for some may be location. It is safe, but a bit of a walk to get to the central area. There is a super market nearby, Olimpica, though

Worst hotel experience ever...after 9 hours on a bus with two kids, arrive to no hot water, dirty towels, and wifi that wouldn't work. Nothing decent to eat within walking distance, in fact area is a dive. Not a sign of breakfast the next morning. Guests sitting around and one little guy running about dealing with check outs, possibly breakfast, who knows...absolutely shocking..
