I love this property, a very quiet and boutique building, very well located specially if you don't have a rental car. Exceptional, professional, and friendly staff. Breakfast is amazing. Very quiet and well design rooms. I dislike the surrounding specially the bar downstairs and the noise that generates.

First of all the manager changed the policies of Expedia about Colombia's taxes. She was not a good person. The rooms are basic, the windows are not insonoriza, and the area around the hotel is too noisy until early morning. The breakfast is very poor and the service too. The hotel looks like as a Motel.

Great location with a mall, restaurants an many convenience stores nearby. A very large room and nice staff in reception and restaurant. Very good included breakfast. The only fail is the water service in the area, since our last day of stay, we ran out of water several times. Fortunately, the hotel was working to fix the issue.Traveling with families, btw.

Water 💦 issue now and than

Love the hotel and location infront of unicentro mall. Think with the water issue on and off they must notify you when checking in that water will be shut off. Couldn’t shower when i wanted to and had to go use the bathroom at Unicentro for my needs. I’m not use to that and new employee didn’t really worry with my complain. Old employee Nicolas did excused that she had not informed me properly. 😞😞😞
