Its was my first trip to Bogota. This property was perfect place to stay. I booked the luxury private room and it was amazing. Staff was great and available 24/7. Only one block from the entertainment area full of food/nightlife.

Overall, it's great at a low price for short stays. But no kitchen/fridge and no way to wash clothes. I liked the staff (friendly women). Too bad the price got raised by more than 40%...

It's unique. A box with a bed in it and almost no other space. However that box is surprisingly well ventilated and yet well sound insulated. I've read that you get robes. We did not, and only got 1 towel. 2 robes and 2 towels would have resulted in 5 stars. I was also charged a 20k ($5usd) fee for the sheets upon departure--I'm not sure what for but didn't have time to argue.

Don't stay there for more than 10-11$/night

It's a capsule hotel. I'm not going to pay more than 10-11$ a night for a freaking capsule in Bogota!! Also, detestable: they saw that I was staying longer, so they raised the price up to more than 20$ a night... Double the cost, for the same room. In the name of what? I get a whole studio at this price, in the same area.

Good idea, poor execution. I have been to other capsule hotels in Japan and SE Asia, Hotel joy definitely rates as the worst. During my short stay, there was no water. I had to bath, brush teeth and shower in bottled water. The capsules are really not that quiet as you constantly heard slamming doors and loud noises throughout the night.

Buen lugar, recomendado para viajes en solitario

En general me gustó, nunca había dormido en una cápsula y fue una buena experiencia. En lo positivo las instalaciones son bastante agradables y limpias. la cama es amplia y el espacio dentro de la capsula es más amplio de lo que se podría pensar, los baños son muy cómodos, limpios y hay zonas de duchas y vestier separadas para hombres y mujeres. El precio me pareció muy bien en relación a la ubicación del hotel. Un sector bonito y tranquilo, cerca de un sector con muchas oficinas, así que para venir a trabajar esta perfecto. Cerca de la estación de trasmilenio y de varios restaurantes. En lo negativo me pareció que la habitación es un poco fría, así que recomiendo pedir una cobija de más porque solo entregan un cobertor delgado con el que se siente algo de frio en la madrugada. Ofrecen servicios de streaming pero se había vencido la suscripción a netflix. La cápsula ofrece privacidad, pero no aíslan mucho el ruido, entonces se oye casi que todo el ruido de las otras cápsulas, conversaciones, movimientos, ingreso de personas en medio de la noche. En resumen, es como un hostal de lujo, que ofrece mayor privacidad y comodidad en las áreas comunes. Volvería a hospedarme en este lugar

Estuvo bien! Creo que es muy comodo y con áreas de baños muy amplias y nuevas. Pienso que puede seguir con las mejoras locativas de las áreas y un buzón de sugerencias. Volveré!
