I'll never come back. The service and the food is below any standard anyone would want for the amount charged. Don't take my word for it. Others have remarked on the same things. For 2 days the management harassed me and my partner for smelling like cannabis. "Smelling like cannabis." The property had a "no smoking" policy, which we adhered to, but continued to get harassed for multiple days. First, I was harassed on my way outside to smoke. I smoked blocks down the corner. The second night, I was harassed by management and was told the alarm in my room went off because of the smoke? While poking holes in the managers story, he then proceeded to tell us the alarm could have went off because of the steam from the shower. He told us the alarm went off 10 minutes before he came to our room. We showered about an hour and a half before he came. Then he tried to tell us someone next to our room was complaining. We caught the man in a big lie! We left after halfway into our stay and they didn't even want to give me a refund for my two extra days. DO NOT visit this place.

Recomiendo el hotel 100%,buena zona muy céntrico ,muy limpio y lo mejor es la atención del personal estuve unos días enfermo y me hicieron sentir con mi casa ,todo el mundo en función que los huéspedes lo pasen bien gracias chico volvería sin duda , en especial la directora del hotel y los muchachos de la carpeta y la muchacha del bar mil gracias

My previous stayed i had left a watch in the bathroom a few days after i realized i called and they said nothing was found. This time around i dranked a water from the mini bar in the middle of the night i figured i replace it and it wouldnt be a problem the price mark up is over 5x after all. However they said that wasnt allowed even thought it was the exact same bottle and size. I payed aht 18,000 pesos for the bottle and let them keep the one i replaced it with. Is a shame because i did like the view from the hotel and the location . I will be avoiding this hotel and all mercur related brand because of this. Customer satisfaction failed miserably wont be giving them a 3rd chance. Good luck ripping off your future guests

Had emergency, had to leave to another country. Was told I would get a refund on the days not used. Expedia representatives called and they told them the same thing. Few days later they refused to refund anything then had a gooses chase till I went through my credit card company. Other thing when k was there No hot water working they wouldn’t switch my room until technician came in. Someone’s hair was in shower. Otherwise place is ok
