Beautiful apartment of 85 m2 new, very illuminated, has everything you need and more for you to sit at home or better yet. enjoy a bed of 1.60 meters in the main room that is giant with a very good mattress and good sheets, as well as a very well equipped kitchen, a smart TV of 50 inches , has a bathtub in the main room, has a double bed in the second room. the two rooms have a smart TV.
The space
The apartment is very new (2019). The building is located in a very exclusive area of Bogota . The main room has 24 m2 (sleeping area) apart from the apartment has 85 m2 in total. It has a second room with a 1.40 meter bed. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the apartment. The apartment is very well ventilated and illuminated. The apartment has blinds for privacy and for a pleasant sleep; the apartment is located very close to the park of 93, you will find in the 2 bathrooms clean towels soap and toilet paper. Abundant lighting and ventilation in the apartment all the time. It is a totally independent apartment in a 7-storey building with elevator. The apartment has modern kitchen with 4 stove and oven, the kitchen is well equipped, has an American bar, living room, dining room. There is internet wifi and modem throughout the apt with 60 mb. The apartment has a balcony on the street and is on a 3rd floor. The kitchen has cutlery, dishes, the kitchen includes soap for dishes, new sponge upon arrival and a cloth to clean new kitchen upon arrival.
IT IS GOOD TO KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE IS A TRANSMILENIO LA Castellana STATION 300 METERS FROM THE BUILDING, IT IS AN EXCLUSIVE STRATUM 6 AREA, exclusive NEIGHBORHOOD, very SAFE. THERE IS an Olympic SUPERMARKET and shops less than two blocks away.

Given the Colombian laws, we require identity document of guests who register in our apartments or houses, it is a legal requirement, when making the reservation they must attach in the chat of the application a copy of the identity document of those who register. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (even if you apply balcony or terrace in this apartment smoking is also not allowed there). Visits by minors are not allowed.
