Hi, I had a situation. I had food poison. Stay in bed at the hotel for four days. At the first day I requested help for one employee Harold and he just ignored and laugh at my face. I got very upset because I was feeling bad. Later I found Daniel that helped me and requested medicine at a local Pharmacy. Other than that I will be back to this hotel. Thank you!

There was a delay on my flights and got at six in the morning. There were no towels, bathroom floor was not clean, there were still hair on the floor. I know the delay is not the hotels, but the room should’ve been ready.

The view . Lowered score due to the very poor experiences I had with the food service. Breakfast does not compare in variety or quality with RADISSON x example . I was very surprised that the cook does know how to Make fried eggs or over easy, they came burned and overcooked. A beef sandwich was also very dry and burned. Completely unacceptable for a 5 star hotel . The bathroom in the 9th floor very small.

I don’t have enough words to describe the kindness and attentiveness the personal at this hotel offers to their customers. The area is awesome, surrounded by great restaurants, there is a plaza in the middle of the Wyndham and the Fairfield with umbrella to sit down and enjoy coffee from Juan Valdez or beer from BBC . There is always security everywhere. So you don’t have to look behind your shoulder . The breakfast is very good , lots of choices and again people are there to help you!

We stayed 11 nights in a King Suite. Family members were staying in two other rooms. The photos in their website undersell the Suite. It was spacious and well designed with dual entry to the bathroom. There was also a large balcony with table and chairs. The breakfast was excellent with a full choice of fruit, cereals, yoghurt, cold meats and vegetables and cooked dishes which changed each day. The staff were very helpful, especially Nicholas, even though they had limited English. The airport shuttle was efficient. There were multiple dining options adjacent to the hotel.
